Processing

For each wine the best vines, cultivated in the most vocated areas, always on the hills where their quality is better, are selected. After a highly selective harvest, the grapes are carefully pressed to obtain the must which, suitably vinified, will become fine wines.

The aim of the Graglia winery is to offer connoisseurs a complete, articulated choice of Monferrato wines.
